Below is 20 year old female with congenitally missing maxillary lateral teeth. She had orthodontics placed in order to straighten her teeth. In order to keep position two provisional teeth were placed in the openings from the missing teeth. These temporary replacements were set until she was old enough for the permanent alternative, dental implants. After the orthodontics were removed and the dental implants and crown placed, we then worked to even her gum line and match them seamlessly to her “new” teeth.
