Permanent Bridge and Connective Tissue Graft
Below is a 15 year old patient with missing lateral teeth. While the patient was too young for dental implants, she still wanted something permanent in her mouth. We used a bridge system in order to accomplish this and to replace the missing teeth. Connective tissue grafts were then placed above the area where the missing teeth were, in order to bulk out the gum area and keep the cosmetic look of the bridge as natural as possible. Please note the connection of the gums to the tooth in the side view below. Dr De Andrade’s ability and experience are emphasized by the perfection of this cosmetic gum and dental work.
